Students and Faculty/Staff will have the opportunity to cook along with Chef Jyll Everman, who has been on Food Network Star. Each night will feature a different menu. Participants will receive a recipe card in advance, will purchase the ingredients on their own, will log into a Zoom Room, and will go step by step with Chef Jyll to create your meal. This is a great series to participate in with roommates, family members, or friends!
Menu by day:
- September 21 - Creamy tortellini pasta with Shaved Veggie Salad and Pot De Creme
- October 19 - Best Freezer Burritos with Mango Guacamole and Mexican Chocolate Sauce
- November 16 - Creamy Tomato Orzo with Chicken with 3 Cheese Garlic Bread and Pumpkin Dip with Gingersnaps
